The circulation unit is one of the units in the Undip FEB Library that provides services to users who want library materials to be borrowed not to be read on the spot. Collections of library materials placed in circulation are provided for users so that they can be borrowed and taken home so that they can be read and used optimally. Users can borrow a collection of library materials that are circulated within a certain time, so that users can get the information they need. The information contained in the library materials can be explored more deeply, so that users can develop their ideas and imagination

To provide information and knowledge to users, in welcoming the new academic year 2022/2023, the FEB Undip Library in collaboration with the FEB Undip Student Senate held an activity entitled “Basic Literacy of FEB UNDIP Circulation Unit for New FEB Undip Students”. The activity was held on Wednesday, August 24, 2022 with Ms-Teams media. As a resource person in the activity, Sanipan with the material entitled “Tricks for Utilizing the Circulation Unit Library Collection and Heru Prastyo with the material entitled “The Right Way to Search for Books Through OPAC Library Book Searching FEB UNDIP”. The activity, which was attended by 105 participants, was guided by host Rizki Fajar Triaji, beginning with the reading of the program’s rules, followed by prayer and singing the anthem Indonesia Raya. The activity was continued with remarks as well as the opening of the event by the Head of the Undip FEB Library, Mrs. Dr. Endang Fatmawati, M.Sc., M.A. in his speech he really appreciated and supported the literacy activities of the FEB Undip Library Circulation Unit Basic Level as user education for the users. Its activities are providing information, introducing scientific literature, educating, providing access to using OPAC, providing assistance, and sharing knowledge to users, especially new TA students. 2022/2023. After the remarks and opening of the event by the Head of the Undip FEB Library, Rocky Martin as the moderator started the material entitled “Tricks for Utilizing the Circulation Unit Library Collection” which was delivered by the first resource person, Sanipan. In his material, Sanipan conveyed, among others, the number of titles and copies of books in the Circulation unit, Procedures for Utilization of Collections and FEB Undip Library Service Hours. Followed by the second resource person, Heru Prastyo with material entitled “The Right Way to Search for Books Through the OPAC of FEB UNDIP Library book searches” which, among other things, conveyed the importance of using OPAC searches when searching for library collections and tutorials using the OPAC of the FEB Undip Library correctly. After the presentation of the material by the two resource persons, it was followed by a question and answer session. There were 6 participants who asked questions in the question and answer session.
