ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE

Organizations can be seen as a place where people work together to carry out activities to achieve predetermined goals. So that the duties, functions, positions, and between the parties who carry out activities in the library are clearer, an organizational structure is needed. Organizational management involvesa group of people or librarians who carry out the task of processing library materials to produce real works in the field of libraries, documentation, and information (perpusdokinfo) according to the needs of users.

The organizational structure of the FEB UNDIP Library consists of several elements, including elements of faculty leaders, library consultants, heads of libraries, librarians, and library administrators (staff).
